Un completo replatforming e una nuova esperienza digitale per uno tra i brand di riferimento nel mondo del design in Italia.

The entire project was developed with a shared design method, in which the customer participated in each phase: starting from an analysis involving almost 500 stakeholders (including private individuals, architects, dealers), we identified the concrete needs, the criticalities of the current flows and the project objectives up to the final result, through wireframing, concept, design and development. The navigation experience is designed for individual users, according to precise and defined flows: the paths are also diversified according to needs and purchasing phases, reaching the qualification (fundamental kpi of the company) or the online sales phase.

Headless Infrastructure

The designed infrastructure makes full use of Jamstack mode, organising vertical information silos and organising system integrations to manage communication. Within it, DAM, PIM, CRM, CMS communicate with each other and exploit artificial intelligence services to speed up the user experience and integrations. Serverless systems have reduced bandwidth consumption, costs by up to 70 per cent and CO2 emissions into the environment by up to 40 per cent, thus supporting the company on a greener and more sustainable path even at the digital point.

We built a 3D engine control interface, integrating the system with structured lead generation flows to Salesforce, and an SSO system that provides additional levels of customisation based on the user browsing the tool.
